Post-dated & Starter Checks are not accepted. We only honor payments once received by our accounting office, after it has been cleared by our bank. Returned check fees will be charged at our banks’ current return rate, plus 15%.

PROOFING YOUR PROJECT
We want you to be satisfied with your project. We include with all projects, one (1) proofing cycle, allowing you the opportunity to make any revisions. Additional proofing cycles will be available at $50 per hour. The primary method of proofing will be by email. Production and delivery charges will be added if you require a physical proof.

Upon completion of any project stage, client is required to “sign off” on any proofs, in order to proceed. Since the “proofing process” can delay project production, we offer a window of 7 days for client proofing, after which, a late fee of $50 per month will be added to balance payment. Release of project will not be permitted until all balance payments are received.

In the event that revisions are needed after signing on such proofs, a charge of $50.00 per hour will be due. Payments for revisions must be delivered before release of work. Please take the responsibility to proof all aspects of the project.

DEPOSIT / BALANCE PAYMENTS
Any project totaling over $250 (if not paid in full) will require a minimum 50% deposit. This deposit helps you know we will strive for the best to complete the order, but also secures your project on our calendar. All deposit payments are non-refundable.

Balance payments are required for release of project and masters. Partial release of works will not be allowed. No exceptions will be made. Only Choice Solutions will provide email proofs, at which time client’s balance payment acceptance of work done.

We appreciate our clients allowing enough time for proofing without timing conflicts, but understand situations can occur. If a rushed job is required, an additional 15% will be added, due at the begining of project payment.

Receiving your final/balance payment, will then release the ENTIRE project. If revisions to your project are required after proofing and/or balance payment, an additional $50 per hour revision charge will be due before release of those adjustments.
